Advancement Reporting

One of the most critical roles in any Scouting unit is that of the Advancement Coordinator.  This Committee person keeps a record of the advancement history of each Scout in the unit.  Good records come in very handy when a Scout transfers between units.

In addition, one crucial task of the Advancement Coordinator is the timely reporting of Scout advancement to the Council office.  This can be accomplished in several ways:

  • TroopMaster or PackMaster can create a 4403 Advancement Report (in triplicate) for you automatically
    • Click here for the FAQ page from Troopmaster Software, Inc.
  • Click here to download a generic Form 4403
    • You have to make three copies and keep one for your unit's records
  • Click here to go to MyScouting's login page
    • This requires a user account on MyScouting.
